Nathan Toth

Nathan is the Vice President of Service for Maxair Mechanical. 

He has 27 years of HVAC and Mechanical industry experience, with the last 10 focused on management. Nathan first started at Maxair in 1998 as a 1st year apprentice. After five years with Maxair Nathan left to explore another role. In 2005 he returned to Maxair as a Journeyman HVAC Service Technician. He worked in the field until 2014 when he was promoted to HVAC Service Manager. In 2020 Nathan moved to the construction department serving as Field Operations Manager where he managed Maxair’s construction field labor. In 2023 Nathan returned to the service department as the VP of Service.

To Nathan, Maxair is more than a job or a career, it is a family. In Nathan’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, going on vacations, and attempting to manage a mini farm.
